At RowleyDIY.com we want you to be completely satisfied. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, RowleyDIY.com will accept returns of new, unused, uncut, unopened products within 30 days of your purchase date.
If you find your purchase is defective or damaged, please contact the RowleyDIY Customer Service Department at Returns@RowleyDIY.com for an RMA number and instruction on how to proceed.
You must obtain an RMA number to receive credit for a return.
We are unable to process exchanges. Please return the item and make a separate purchase for a replacement.
You will be credited the entire purchase price of the item(s), including taxes where applicable.
The shipping and handling charges will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error.
How to Return an Order
Email Returns@RowleyDIY.com to obtain an RMA number. (Returns will not be accepted or credited without an RMA number.)
Enclose a copy of your invoice or packing slip with the product you are returning.
On the invoice, circle the item you are returning.
Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your invoice or packing slip.
Write your RMA number on the outside of the box. Please make it as visible as possible.
Send your package to: Rowley Company | 230 Meek Road | Gastonia, NC 28056. We recommend sending the return with a delivery confirmation.
If you no longer have your invoice, or the items you wish to return are damaged or defective please contact Returns@RowleyDiy.com. Inquiries will be returned Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm.
Returns will be credited via the original form of payment, two to three weeks after they are received, if returned within 30 days.
